We charge £30 per hour, with a £40 per hour rate for properties in poor condition. Services include thorough cleaning of all rooms, rubbish and recycling removal, bed making, and restocking refreshments from the landlord’s inventory.
We offer an express checkout process with real-time photo updates for remote landlord assurance. Additionally, if a guest is unsatisfied, we provide immediate correctional cleaning at no extra charge, ensuring your property maintains the highest standards for every stay.

Our Domestic Cleaning Service offers essential cleaning tasks tailored to your needs,
whether for regular upkeep or a one-off session. At £24 per hour (with materials provided),
our cleaners typically spend 2-3 hours ensuring your home is tidy and fresh. Services
include hoovering,
mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting, and washing up. Please note, tasks like
carpet cleaning,
skirting boards, moving furniture, and window cleaning are not included in this service.
End of Tenancy Clean (EOT) – Deep Clean
Our comprehensive End of Tenancy Clean ensures your property is spotless and ready for new
tenants.
We provide all cleaning materials and base our charges on a detailed pricing sheet.
Our team works until the job is complete, whether it takes one or more days.
If you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day re-clean guarantee at no extra cost.
Additionally, we can provide an End of Tenancy Cleaning Certificate upon completion, giving
landlords and tenants peace of mind and a professional record of the service. Additionally,
