Cancellation Policy

At Click Cleaner, we value transparency and fairness in our policies while striving to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate both our valued customers and our dedicated cleaning staff. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

1. Full Refund before 48 Hours Notice

We understand that plans may change unexpectedly. Therefore, if you need to cancel your cleaning service, we will gladly provide a full refund if the cancellation is made before 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the cleaning.

2. 50% Refund Between 48 Hours and 2 Hours Before the Clean

For cancellations made between 48 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled cleaning time, we will refund 50% of the booking cost to the customer.

3. Full Charge within 2 Hours Before the Clean

Cancellations made within 2 hours before the scheduled cleaning time will incur the full charge of the cleaning service.

4. No Access Charge

In the event that our cleaner arrives at the designated property and cannot access it, the full amount of the cleaning service will be charged. Our cleaners will wait for up to a maximum of 30 minutes to gain access to the property. If no access is gained within this time, the full amount will be charged.
