This Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Click Cleaner Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom under registration number 15512692, and [Cleaner's Name] ("Cleaner"), effective as of [Effective Date].
Click Cleaner Ltd engages the services of the Cleaner as an independent contractor to provide cleaning services to clients as assigned by Click Cleaner Ltd.
The Cleaner acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of Click Cleaner Ltd. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment relationship between the parties.
The Cleaner agrees to maintain their own liability insurance to cover any damages they may cause while providing cleaning services under this Agreement. Click Cleaner Ltd shall not be responsible for any liabilities incurred by the Cleaner.
The Cleaner agrees to adhere to all rules, policies, and procedures established by Click Cleaner Ltd in the performance of their duties under this Agreement.
The Cleaner agrees to report back to Click Cleaner Ltd as required and provide updates on the completion of assigned tasks and any issues encountered during the provision of cleaning services.
Payment for the services rendered by the Cleaner shall be made on agreement of one week in arrears, subject to satisfactory completion of assigned tasks.
The Cleaner agrees that Click Cleaner Ltd shall not be liable for any civil litigation or liabilities arising from the provision of cleaning services under this Agreement. The Cleaner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Click Cleaner Ltd from any claims, damages, or losses incurred as a result of their actions.
The Cleaner acknowledges that they are free to seek independent legal advice before signing this Agreement and fully understand the terms and conditions contained herein.
The Cleaner agrees that they have no rights to advertise or use Click Cleaner Ltd's intellectual property, whether physical or digital, without the Company's express permission.
The Cleaner shall uphold all standards for cleaning and adhere to all re-clean policies and terms and conditions set forth by Click Cleaner Ltd.
The Cleaner acknowledges that Click Cleaner Ltd acts solely as a service provider for connecting clients with cleaners and does not undertake any additional responsibilities beyond facilitating these connections. The Cleaner agrees that Click Cleaner Ltd operates as a broker in this capacity.
Should Click Cleaner Ltd offer a uniform, the Cleaner agrees to wear it at all times when providing services through the Company. The Cleaner also agrees to supply their own correct personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for their assigned tasks. The Cleaner acknowledges that Click Cleaner Ltd has no liability for any health and safety risks or hazards to them and expects all Cleaners to uphold safe standards and comply with relevant health and safety legislation.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Cleaner shall cease providing services to Click Cleaner Ltd and return any Company property in their possession.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
